Churches
Pearl City is blessed to have 2 churches operating within village limits.
St. John's holds worship Sundays at 9am
St. John’s offers Christian Education for all ages. Children in grades K-5 have Sunday School during worship every Sunday. Students in grades 6-8 participate in
Confirmation studies after worship (approximately 10 AM) on the first and third Sunday of each month. Youth group activities take place at various times
throughout the year for kids in grades 6-12. Adult bible studies also take place at various times throughout the year. Women’s and Men’s groups also meet
regularly and our adult choir sings at worship on a monthly basis. St. John’s also serves as a meeting place for many of the community organizations including 4-H,
boy and girl scouts, and the Legion Auxiliary. Dominoes are played at 9AM on the first Tuesday of the month and dominoes and cards are played at 1PM on the
second and fourth Thursday of the month.
St. John’s hosts a monthly Grace Meal on the third Sunday of the month. Food could be delivered to shut-ins or picked up curbside between 11 AM and Noon. It
is free of charge and everyone is invited to reserve a meal by the Thursday prior to the meal.
